Yes, a 50% non refundable deposit is required to reserve a date within 7 days of booking, balance paid 14 days before hire.

Yes, we can tailor all packages to blue or pink themes.

Yes, you will need to sign our Hire Agreement & Safety Instructions and Hire Checklist when we deliver and have setup the equipment.

Yes, we clean all the equipment before each hire and all our staff are COVID secure trained.

Yes, please see overnight pricing on the web site for additional overnight charges.

Yes, all our equipment has the relevant annual tests including PIPA testing for the inflatables and PATT testing for all the electrical equipment.

Yes, we need 240v power for indoor hires.  If no power is available for outdoor hires we can supply generators and petrol blowers.

We have £1M public liability insurance and £10M employee liability insurance.

Please make sure you check the size of the equipment you wish to hire (see website pages for the product sizes) .  A minimum free space of 1 meter is required around the equipment at the venue.

The equipment cannot be used outside when its raining or the wind is more than 25MPH.  We will check the weather forecast 1 day before an outdoor hire and advise if we think the hire cannot go ahead.   We offer alternative dates should weather affect your booking.

We will only refund your deposit if we book a replacement hire for the equipment and date.  

It normally takes us 30 minutes to setup and take down the equipment.  We will agree our arrival and removal time when we take the booking.

It's a bouncy castle with a bluetooth speaker and disco light built in.  We can supply playlists if required, contact us for further information.
